How do I join a group?

Open Rang, tap Join a group, and enter the loved one's phone number and the six-digit invite code. Whoever started the group has the code in their settings.

The code didn't match

Check the phone number, including the country. The number has to match exactly what was entered when the group was started. If it keeps failing, ask whoever started the group to share the code again; it may have been replaced.

I got a new phone

If you signed in with Apple on your old phone, install Rang, open Settings, and choose Sign in with Apple. Everything comes back. If you didn't, ask for the invite code again and rejoin.

Reminders

Each person sets their own reminder in days, per group, and one time of day for all of them. Only a call you confirm resets your reminder. Nobody else's calls affect it, and nobody can see yours.

Deleting my account

Settings, then Delete account. It's immediate.
